Preparation
- Briefly bake the Schiacciata (3 min. at 200°C).
- Spread the soft goat cheese on the two toasted sides of the Schiacciata.
- Assemble the sandwich and drizzle some hazelnut oil over the fruit. (Optionally add some arugula).
- Close the sandwich and press lightly.
