Sharing platter with millstone bread and epoisse

A sharing platter to enjoy together with a good glass of wine.

Ingredients

Epoisses or brie
Green asparagus
Carrot
Purple cauliflower
tricolore tapenade
mini vine tomatoes
hummus
Nacho chips
Pesto
chopped parsley
Ghee easy lemon
Ghee easy garlic
Ghee easy rosemary
Olive oil
Ghee easy Indian spice

Preparation

  1. Cut a piece out of the middle of the bread, cut this into small pieces, spread with ghee of your choice and bake until crispy in the oven or in a pan.
  2. Remove the plastic from the cheese and place the cheese back in the mold.
  3. Place the cheese in the mold in the cut-out section of the bread.
  4. Bake the bread at the indicated temperature.
  5. Then spread a quarter of the bread with lemon ghee, a quarter with rosemary ghee, a quarter with garlic ghee, and a quarter with Indian spice ghee.
  6. Place this on a large board and serve with the remaining products.
  7. Grate a little bit of purple cauliflower over the board.
