Skewer with pumpkin with Parmesan cheese.

Ingredients

Salt
pan saver bag
butternut squash
Parmesan cheese (finely grated)

Preparation

  1. Place the butternut squash in a pansaver bag, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt. Fold the pansaver bag closed and cook the squash for 1 hour at 180°C in a preheated oven. Or use sous-vide cooked butternut squash with chili and lime.
  2. Cut the cooked squash into thin slices and cut out the desired shape.
  3. Stack the squash rounds and insert a skewer.
  4. Grate the Parmesan cheese and sprinkle over the squash skewers.
  5. Roast the 'pumpkin kebab' on a mini barbecue.
