Tempura of prawn and wakame

A delicious Asian bite.

Ingredients

Tempura flour
Oil for frying
Wakame salad
Water
Salt
Prawns

Preparation

  1. First make a broth: blend 200 grams of wakame salad with 1 to 1.5 liters of water (about 40°C) in a powerful blender until completely smooth.
  2. Strain and season with salt. Let cool for a while.
  3. Put tempura flour in a food processor with a blade and, while running, pour in the broth until a frying batter forms (slightly thinner than yogurt).
  4. Dip thawed and peeled prawns in the batter and fry in oil.
