A refreshing iced tea is sure to be a hit on your summer terrace. We make this version with green tea.

Preparation

Steep 1 bag of green tea together with 3 sprigs of thyme in 200 ml hot water and then let it cool.
Fill a glass completely with ice and add 20 ml Monin lemon tea and 10 ml Monin rantcho.
Pour the green tea into the glass and stir the ingredients well together.
Garnish with a slice of lime.
