We make this delicious coffee cocktail with the My Estate Ethiopia (20104550) coffee beans.

Ingredients

30mlEspresso
50mlTia Maria
100mlMilk
whisky glass

Preparation

  1. Pour the Tia Maria into the glass. Carefully pour frothed milk over the Tia Maria using a spoon. Let it rest for a moment so the milk and foam can separate.
  2. Very slowly pour the espresso through the milk foam.
  3. Optionally garnish with 3 coffee beans.
