Tortilla with pimentón chicken

The Tortilla with Pimentón Chicken is a tasty 'tapas' consisting of a Spanish tortilla, chorizo, pimentón chicken, and an olive.

Ingredients

Sunflower oil
Smoked paprika powder
Chicken fillet strips
Green olives
Spanish tortilla with chorizo
Chorizo

Preparation

  1. Blend the sunflower oil with smoked paprika to taste using an immersion blender.
  2. Fry the chicken in the seasoned oil.
  3. Heat the tortilla in a preheated oven at 200°C for 5 minutes, turning halfway through.
  4. Cut the tortilla into pieces and top with a slice of chorizo, a chicken fillet strip, and a green olive. Secure with a toothpick.
