Vegan leche frita (fried milk)

Many cream products are made from cow's milk and contain lactose. This makes it seem difficult to prepare desserts for your guests. At the same time, the demand for vegetarian and vegan dishes is increasing. Producers are responding to this by introducing numerous lactose-free and plant-based cream alternatives to the market. Our culinary team has tested some of these products in the kitchen and is very enthusiastic about the quality and the results. You can easily use them as a base for all your guests.
