Refreshing glass with mint, lime, sugar and sparkling water — the classic alcohol-free ‘virgin’ mojito.

Ingredients

3lime wedges

20mlMonin mojito mint
Crushed ice
Soda water

Preparation

  1. Put 3 lime wedges in a glass and add the indicated amount of syrup.
  2. Muddle the lime wedges.
  3. Fill the glass with crushed ice, mint leaves, top up with soda water, and stir everything well.
  4. Garnish with a sprig of mint and a slice of lime.
