Cocktail based on OYESTER44 vodka and yuzu tonic.

OYESTER44 is an original Dutch vodka from Zeeland, produced in the port of Bruinisse. The vodka is made with local flavorings such as Brabant verbena, lemon balm, potatoes, and a distillate of Zeeland oysters. The vodka has a slightly briny, fresh, full, and creamy taste and is delicious as a base for a beautiful cocktail.

Ingredients

red horn seaweed
100yuzu tonic
lime zest
40OYESTER44 vodka
sprig of lemon thyme

Preparation

Step 1

  1. Mix the ingredients and pour into a tall glass filled with ice.
  2. Garnish with dulse, a sprig of lemon thyme, and lime zest.
