With wasabi powder, you can go in any direction: combined with water, you can create any shape you like!

Water
Wasabi powder

Preparation

  1. Mix wasabi powder with water to form a kneadable mass.
  2. Shape by hand into a flat ball and then carefully press in with the tip of a knife until you have gone all the way around.
  3. Repeat two more times towards the center, so you end up with a flower shape.
  4. Tip: you can also spread the prepared wasabi powder into a silicone mold, freeze, and then unmold. Let it thaw again and you have great shapes.
