Zero meat burger

Pea base.Mix the base mix with water and oil and shape it into a burger. Tip: mix in fresh herbs or spinach for a tasty twist!

Ingredients

Bread
piquillo tapenade / aioli
tomato, cucumber, lettuce
nachos
Zero meat Burger mix
Red onion

Preparation

  1. Mix water with the Zero meat Burger mix (dosage 125 ml water per 100 grams of product), let rest for 10 minutes.
  2. Shape the burger to your desired size and form.
  3. Fry the burger for 2 minutes on each side.
  4. Spread aioli on the bottom half of the bun and piquillo on the top half.
  5. Arrange the burger on the bottom, finish with the remaining vegetables and the top of the bun, serve.
