Colorozo salt is also called curing salt. Table salt with an addition of a very small amount of sodium nitrite. The sodium nitrite prevents discoloration of (especially) meat. This way, the meat does not turn gray in color but remains nicely red. Ratio: a maximum of 120 grams per 1 liter of water.
