Everleaf is a bittersweet non-alcoholic spirit, made using 18 different plants and botanicals, all sourced sustainably and responsibly. Everleaf owes its golden color to saffron, and the drink has a slightly bitter palette due to the use of gentian. The iris and orange blossom provide earthy and floral notes, and the cassia gives a spicy and warm mouthfeel. Everleaf distinguishes itself from other non-alcoholic drinks by its full texture, which it obtains partly thanks to the Asian voodoo lily.
