Flandrien grand cru

Flandrien Grand Cru is a characterful tasting cheese with a rich and layered flavour experience. This Belgian cheese matures for one and a half years in the traditional way on spruce wooden boards, using only carefully selected cheeses. Due to the long affinage, it develops a crumbly texture with delicate salt crystals. The cheese has pronounced aromas, a full flavour and a long, powerful aftertaste.
