This mozzarella is made entirely from buffalo milk and therefore carries the protected designation Mozzarella di Bufala Campana. The texture is soft and the flavor is rich and creamy. This mozzarella pairs well with sun-ripened tomatoes, basil, olive oil, and pepper and salt.
