Quattrocento is a traditional Italian hard cheese, made from Italian cow’s milk and matured for 12 to 18 months. This maturation gives it a firm texture and a rich, savoury flavour with characteristic ageing aromas.
The cheese is an attractively priced alternative to Parmigiano Reggiano and Grana Padano. Thanks to the use of vegetarian rennet, this cheese is suitable for vegetarians, without compromising on taste or quality.
