This pâté is made from fresh liver and pieces of dried Iberico meat of bellota quality. The meat comes from purebred Iberico pigs that have roamed freely and have been fed with acorns and grasses. After the hams have dried for 2 to 3 years, a portion of the hams is deboned and pressed into a shape. This allows the ham to be easily sliced on a slicer. During this process, leftover pieces are created. These pieces are of excellent quality with a refined taste which we purchase directly from our Iberico ham supplier "Consorcio de Jabugo". By using fresh livers and these finely ground flavorful Iberico ham pieces, a medium coarse pâté is created which has a fantastic taste. The pâté is delivered in a convenient 500-gram tunnel shape and is excellent for use in buffets, as a starter with a delicious sweet sauce, in salads, but also certainly on a sandwich.
