Ice cream mix 7%

This sterile ice cream mix with vanilla flavour is a liquid, ready-to-use base for preparing soft ice cream. The mix contains 7% vegetable fat and is UHT treated, giving the product stable quality and allowing it to be used directly in a soft ice cream machine. The liquid composition ensures even preparation and a creamy texture of the soft ice cream. The packaging contains two packs of 5 litres each.
