Le Roi Boeuf is a red wine from producer Lionel Osmin & Cie from Southwest France (Sud-Ouest), a robust and smooth wine that pairs perfectly with grilled red meat, created in honor of the Bazadaise cattle breed and the Fête des Boeufs Gras de Bazas festival. Made from 100% Mansois, offering complexity with aromas of black fruit (blackcurrant, blackberry), spices, and a hint of vanilla and undergrowth from oak aging. The palate is full-bodied, powerful yet elegant, with a long finish.
