Queen of the vermouth. Was formerly called Bianchissimo (very white) and is praised for the soft vanilla notes. Since 1910, awarded multiple times, this "white lady" of Pessione has a name that is held in high esteem. Beneath the innocent appearance of Bianco lies a wealth of flavor. The unique base is formed by white wines such as Trebbiano, elegantly complemented with extracts of aromatic herbs and flowers.
