Mexcican Tarragon

Mexican tarragon is very aromatic and tastes and smells like tarragon with a hint of anise.

Dry and finely chop the leaves; delicious with chicken, in salads, sauces and tea. Flowers in late summer with clusters of golden-yellow flower heads.
