Just like Mozart's music, the composition of our chocolate liqueurs is characterized by the highest quality and love for detail. During the production process, years of experience, creativity, and passion are employed by our Master Distiller & Chocolatier. The dedication of our team in Salzburg is recognized by international institutes, such as IWSC, which named Mozart Distillery "Liqueur Producer of the Year" in 2020. To make a superior product, superior ingredients are also needed. Therefore, the production process starts with the best selection of ingredients, such as West African cocoa, sugar beet, and Bourbon vanilla from Madagascar, the basic ingredients of chocolate. Depending on which Mozart Chocolate Liqueur is being created, the product is refined with the best Belgian chocolate, special cream from the Netherlands, and/or caramel.
