A French creuse that has been carefully opened and cleaned and then covered with a traditional Fine Champagne sauce. The oyster is then immediately frozen. For service, take the desired number of oysters from the freezer and sprinkle with some grated cheese. Bake the oysters for 7 minutes in an oven at 180°C and enjoy classic gratinated oysters.
