This white cuvée is made from hand-picked grapes from carefully selected vineyards. The blend consists of chardonnay, pinot blanc, furmint, riesling and sauvignon blanc, with each grape variety contributing to the balance between freshness, fruitiness and complexity. The wine has been aged in wooden barrels, which provides extra depth and structure. The aroma shows notes of ripe apple, pear and tropical fruit, complemented by floral and lightly honeyed tones and a subtle spiciness. The taste is smooth and slightly creamy, with fresh acidity and a layered character of ripe yellow fruit and a light savoury nuance. The finish is long and refined, with persistent fruit notes, gentle spices and a light minerality.
