Ready to be seasoned and served immediately. Remove the tartare from the packaging and gently stir to add air and increase the volume. Place a spoonful on a plate and serve immediately. Season the tartare to the chef’s preference — for example, with olive oil, lemon zest, dill, or finely chopped chives. The oil is smoked and of high quality (50% extra virgin olive oil and 50% sunflower oil). Perfect for vinaigrettes or smoked mayonnaise.
