A traditional Liège waffle, made from fairly dense dough (without yeast) with sugar pearls and lightly caramelized. Naturally ideal to serve to your guests with coffee. Also delicious to top as a dessert with, for example, fresh fruit, whipped cream, and a scoop of ice cream.
