Preperation adviceBring to a boil 300 ml of water in a pot, then pour the content of the bag into the pot together with 1 teaspoon salt and 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil. Stir gently until pasta is completely covered with water. Cover the pot and cook on medium heat for about three minutes, stirring occasionally. Add more hot water, one glass at a time, if necessary. Once pasta is ready, add a tablespoon cream or a knob of butter and season with grated Parmigiano Reggiano before serving.
