Suitable for all heat sources and the use of metal utensils. The hollow handle stays cooler for longer during cooking. Hand wash only and not resistant to acids. Do not store food in the pan to protect the natural non-stick coating and avoid thermal shock to prevent warping. The base can be re-seasoned if necessary.
