Red coloring
180gEgg yolk
200gSugar
2gSalt
140gwater (35°C)
750gwhipped cream
140gfond yogurt

Preparation
- Whip the egg white with part of the sugar.
- Whip the egg yolk separately with the other part of the sugar.
- Mix the egg white with the egg yolk, flour, starch, salt, coloring, and the compound.
- Spread the batter thinly on baking paper.
- Bake in the oven at 190°C for 3 - 5 minutes.
- Mix the stock with the water and fold in the cream.
- Cut the sponge cake into slices 15 centimeters wide.
- Spread the yogurt filling over the sponge cake, roll up, and freeze.
- Cut into pieces of 10 centimeters.
- Finish with strawberries and chocolate decoration.
