Ingredients: 20 ml Honey; 10 ml Grand Marnier; 50 ml El Dorado 12YO; 30 ml Fresh lime juice; 100 ml premium Ginger Beer; Mint; 2 splashes of soy sauce

Ingredients

20mlHoney

10mlGrand Marnier

50mlEl Dorado 12YO

30mlFresh lime juice

100mlpremium Ginger Beer

Mint

2splashes of soy sauce

Preparation

Add all the ingredients – except the mint and ginger beer – to a cocktail shaker and shake for 5 seconds.
Strain into a Copa glass and fill with ice.
Top with Ginger Beer and garnish with fresh mint.
