Ingredients: 60 Pisco Puro Quebranta; 5 units.centiliter Sugar syrup (1:1); 35 ml Lime juice; 40 ml Egg white; bitters; 3 units.centiliter Egg whites; 4 units.centiliter freshly squeezed lime juice; 5 units.centiliter Pisco; Angostura bitters; 1 slice of dried orange

Preparation

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Fill the glass with crushed ice. , Add the Pisco, egg whites, sugar syrup, and lime juice to the shaker. , Shake and strain into the chilled glass. , Pour the cocktail in 3 parts, so the foam maintains the right consistency. , Garnish with 4 dashes of angostura bitters and the slice of orange.
