Pisco Sour

For this cocktail, Pisco Puro Quebranta from Peru was used.

Ingredients

60Pisco Puro Quebranta
5units.centiliterSugar syrup (1:1)
35mlLime juice
40mlEgg white
bitters
3units.centiliterEgg whites
4units.centiliterfreshly squeezed lime juice
5units.centiliterPisco
Angostura bitters
1slice of dried orange

Preparation

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Fill the glass with crushed ice. , Add the Pisco, egg whites, sugar syrup, and lime juice to the shaker. , Shake and strain into the chilled glass. , Pour the cocktail in 3 parts, so the foam maintains the right consistency. , Garnish with 4 dashes of angostura bitters and the slice of orange.
