Preparation

Drain the cherries in a sieve and save the syrup.
Fill a cocktail glass with crushed ice and pour a little cherry syrup and a splash of cinnamon liqueur over it.
Fill the glass with prosecco and add some apple balls.
Garnish with an Amarena cherry.
