Preparation
- Deep-fry the meatballs according to the instructions on the packaging.
- Season the peeled tomatoes with salt and pepper and, if desired, some fresh basil.
- Grate the Parmesan cheese over the meatballs.
- Arrange the sun-dried tomatoes between the meatballs.
