Preparation

  1. Heat the stock with the butter and soy sauce.
  2. Once the butter has melted, add the sifted flour.
  3. Remove from the heat and mix in the eggs one at a time.
  4. Heat the churros maker and grease with pan coating (33321138).
  5. Pipe the batter into the churros maker using a piping bag.
  6. 'Flip' the device and bake the churros until crispy and cooked through.
  7. Pipe some dots of Japanese mayonnaise onto the churros and garnish with smoked mackerel, soy pearls, wakame, and fresh herbs.
