Avocado dip sauce

Easy to make but rich in flavor.

Ingredients

1units.eetlepelfresh chopped parsley, basil, and chervil
100gSoft goat cheese
600g(thawed) avocado flesh
1units.theelepeltaco seasoning
4Whole yogurt
2units.theelepelgreen garden herb mustard

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor with a blade and then press the mixture through a sieve.
  2. Serve the dip with crudités, such as celery, blanched romanesco, and radishes.
