Preparation
- Toast the bread.
- Slice half an avocado into strips, then mash it with a fork in a bowl. Spread the mash on the toasted bread.
- Fry a sunny-side-up egg and place it over the avocado.
- Season with salt and pepper, and finally add a swirl of Go-Tan sriracha.
