1Go-Tan Sriracha

200gBeef tenderloin
30mlSunflower or rice oil
Spring onion
Coriander leaves
30mlSunflower oil
50gButter
2Go-Tan Soy Sauce

Preparation
- Remove the beef tenderloin from the packaging and let it come to room temperature.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan over high heat. Then add salt and pepper to the tenderloin and cook for 3 minutes per side.
- Add butter to the pan and baste the tenderloin.
- Remove the tenderloin from the pan and let it rest. Then add 1 tbsp sriracha and 2 tbsp soy sauce to the pan juices.
- Now pour the pan juices over the tenderloin on the plate. Garnish with spring onion and serve with 2 slices of bread.
