100gPulled pork

1American mustard
Preparation
- Bake the B'Rustiek flûte: 12 min at 200 ºC.
- Let it cool briefly before slicing open.
- Slice the roll open and spread mustard on the inside.
- Slice the pickle.
- Layer the roll with ham, pulled pork, Emmental, and pickle.
- Put the top on and spread the outside, top and bottom, with butter.
- Bake the sandwich in the pan, pressing something heavy on top.
- Fry on both sides until golden brown and the cheese has melted.
- This is a hearty sandwich for a hearty appetite. Serve on a rustic board with extra pickle on the side and extra mustard. You could also serve mayonnaise and/or ketchup if desired.
