Flaguettes with chicken

The Flaguette is a round, flat, softly baked white bread.Lightly floured and unsweetened, this bread is baked in the deck oven. The Flaguette is ready-to-eat, but can also be warmed in the oven for a few minutes for a fresh, warm bread with a crispy crust.

Ingredients

Sweet Chili Chipotle
0.5romaine lettuce
40gCorn
4Flaguettes
60gtortilla chips
bak & braad Gouda's glorie
20gPickled red onion
Smoked paprika powder
250gchicken cubes

Preparation

  1. Defrost the Flaguettes and bake for five minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
  2. Fry the chicken cubes in butter until golden brown and season with smoked paprika powder.
  3. Slice the Flaguettes open and rub both sides with Wimpie sauce or Sweet Chili Chipotle.
  4. Finely chop the romaine lettuce and place on one side.
  5. Place the fried chicken cubes, corn, and pickled red onion on the romaine lettuce.
  6. Crumble some tortilla chips over the top.
  7. Place the top half of the Flaguette on top.
