Crispy chicken burger with NoChicken Vegan Crispy Chicken Burger from De Vegetarische Slager, avocado, cucumber, radish, teriyaki and wasabi mayonnaise.

150gteriyaki sauce
50gcrispy fried onions
25gsweet and sour cucumber

Preparation

  1. Fry the chicken burgers, preferably thawed, until crispy in sunflower oil.
  2. Mix the Hellmann's Vegan with the wasabi and put it in a squeeze bottle.
  3. Clean the avocado and radish and slice them thinly on the mandoline.
  4. Halve the hamburger buns and briefly place them on the grill or griddle. Top the buns with lettuce, avocado, sweet and sour cucumber, radish, and finally the chicken burger.
  5. Finish the burger with wasabi mayonnaise and teriyaki sauce.
  6. Finally, sprinkle the burger with crispy onions and sesame seeds.
