
Beyond Sausage with kimchi and kimchi mayonnaise

Ingredients
Beyond Sausage
Clean label mayonnaise
Kimchi
pain de Camarque
kimchi sauce
Sushi vinegar
Red onion
Arugula
Preparation
- Heat the sushi vinegar, slice the red onion into half rings and place them in a preserving jar.
- Pour the hot sushi vinegar over, and chill in the refrigerator.
- Season the clean label mayonnaise with the kimchi sauce.
- Bake the bun according to the instructions on the packaging.
- Grill the Beyond Sausage in the pan or on the barbecue.
- Place the kimchi on the bun
- Put the Beyond Sausage in the bun.
- Pipe the kimchi mayonnaise on top.
- Add a few sweet and sour onions and some arugula on top
