Beyond Sausage with kimchi and kimchi mayonnaise

A sandwich with Beyond Sausage, kimchi, and kimchi mayonnaise.
Tip: serve this sandwich with a Brewdog Elvis Juice for a great Beer & Bite combination.

Ingredients

Beyond Sausage
Clean label mayonnaise
Kimchi
pain de Camarque
kimchi sauce
Sushi vinegar
Red onion
Arugula

Preparation

  1. Heat the sushi vinegar, slice the red onion into half rings and place them in a preserving jar.
  2. Pour the hot sushi vinegar over, and chill in the refrigerator.
  3. Season the clean label mayonnaise with the kimchi sauce.
  4. Bake the bun according to the instructions on the packaging.
  5. Grill the Beyond Sausage in the pan or on the barbecue.
  6. Place the kimchi on the bun
  7. Put the Beyond Sausage in the bun.
  8. Pipe the kimchi mayonnaise on top.
  9. Add a few sweet and sour onions and some arugula on top
