Ingredients

skyr hamburger bun
Black Angus beef burger
Butterhead lettuce
Tomato
Foie Royale duck
truffle

Preparation

  1. Bake the bun according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Grill the Black Angus burger on the barbecue or in a pan.
  3. Pick the washed lettuce and cut the tomato into brunoise.
  4. Top the bun with the butterhead lettuce, the Black Angus burger, a few pieces of Foie Royale, and the tomato brunoise.
  5. Shave some truffle over the bun just before serving.
