Ingredients

Camembert Normandy
Cauliflower
chopped hazelnuts
Parsley

Preparation

  1. Cut the cauliflower into slices and grill them on the barbecue or in a grill pan.
  2. Place in an ovenproof dish, cover with a few slices of Camembert de Normandie, and gratinate on the Kamado.
  3. Just before serving, sprinkle with chopped hazelnuts and parsley.
