Blueberry waffle & cheesecake

Ingredients

Hard Viennese dough with cinnamon

Fresh blueberries
Cheesecake dessert base

Blueberry powder
1OneShot blueberry sorbet

Preparation

  1. Cut round cookies from the cinnamon dough.
  2. Bake until golden brown in a preheated oven at 180°C.
  3. Let cool completely before use.

  1. Whip the cheesecake until light and airy.
  2. Gently fold in some fresh blueberries.

  1. Place a cup of blueberry sorbet in the OneShot machine.
  2. Make a soft serve between two cinnamon cookies.
  3. Pipe or spoon some of the cheesecake cream on top.
  4. Lightly dust the whole with blueberry powder.
