
Bordalou with strawberries and yogurt crumble
Bordalou is a fantastic artisanally prepared single-serving tart.Bordalou has a crispy crust and a soft creamy filling. In this preparation, with a fresh lemon curd topped with strawberries marinated in elderflower syrup. The yogurt crumble makes it nice and fresh.

Lemon curd
Elderflower syrup

honny cress
Preparation
- Bake the bordalou in the oven and let it cool.
- Put the lemon curd in a piping bag and pipe a thin layer on top of the bordalou.
- Quarter the strawberries and slice one, then marinate them for 5 minutes in the elderflower syrup.
- Place the drained and marinated strawberries on the layer of lemon curd.
- Sprinkle some yogurt crispies between the strawberries and garnish with a few sprigs of honny cress.
