Bordalou banana

With the single-serving Bordalou base pastry, you can quickly create a variety of summer tarts, such as this Bordalou with banana.

Ingredients

Banana
Bordalou base
garnish: honincress and dried fruit
cocktail foam mint & lime
liquid caramel

Preparation

  1. Cut the banana to the desired size and briefly coat in caramel.
  2. Place on the Bordalou and bake in the oven.
  3. Pipe a dollop of cocktail foam on top and garnish with dried fruit and honey cress.
