Bordalou red fruit

With the single-serve Bordalou pastry base, you can quickly create a variety of summer tarts, such as this Bordalou with red fruit and red fruit mousse.

Ingredients

350gred fruit purée
Bordalou base
60gSugar
chopped pistachios
Red fruit
300gUnsweetened whipped cream
10gsoaked gelatin sheets

Preparation

  1. Place the washed red fruit on the Bordalou. Bake in an oven.
  2. Soak the gelatin. Heat (a portion of) the red fruit purée and dissolve the gelatin in it. Whip the cream until light and fold into the red fruit purée.
  3. Pipe the red fruit mousse onto the Bordalou and sprinkle with some chopped pistachios.
