150gcooked rice
650mlbouillabaisse
Salt
smoked herring fillet
Mayonnaise
Crème fraîche
Chives
Preparation
- Blend all ingredients for about 20 minutes in a thermoblender at 90°C.
- Let cool and spread thinly on a baking mat.
- Bake until crispy at 120°C for about 35 minutes.
- Finely chop the smoked herring and mix to taste with the mayonnaise, crème fraîche, and chopped chives.
