Bouillabaisse crackers with smoked herring

Bouillabaisse crackers with spekbokking (smoked herring).

Ingredients

150gcooked rice
650mlbouillabaisse
Salt

smoked herring fillet
Mayonnaise
Crème fraîche
Chives

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients for about 20 minutes in a thermoblender at 90°C.
  2. Let cool and spread thinly on a baking mat.
  3. Bake until crispy at 120°C for about 35 minutes.

  1. Finely chop the smoked herring and mix to taste with the mayonnaise, crème fraîche, and chopped chives.
