
Brioche bread raw ham & poached egg
A new twist on the classic club sandwich!To that, water, sea salt, and a tiny bit of yeast are added. This is slowly kneaded into a smooth dough, which is then given 48 hours to rise and develop flavor. Without any additives, using only 100% natural ingredients.Ingredients
4cherry tomatoes
1Poached egg
8slices of cucumber
2slices of Bussing brioche bread
2remoulade
3slices of raw ham
Pepper and salt
Olive oil
a few sprigs

Preparation
- Bake the brioche bread: 8 min at 200 ºC.
- Poach the egg and slice the cherry tomatoes and cucumber.
- Cut 2 thick slices from the brioche bread.
- Top the bread with arugula, tomato, cucumber, raw ham, and a generous spoonful of remoulade. Just before serving, place the poached egg on top and finish with pepper, salt, olive oil, and fresh herbs.
- Serve the second slice on the side.
- Only place the poached egg on the sandwich just before serving. This way, the yolk will only run out when your guests cut into the sandwich. You can serve the top piece separately with the sandwich.
